Rock UK Summit Centre offers 4-star bunkhouse style accommodation. The accommodation is room only and self-catered. Due to its location, the accommodation is ideal for visitors to Bike Park Wales, or guests wanting to explore the area. Our accommodation offers you warm and relaxing facilities, perfect after a day of mountain biking, hiking or exploring the local countryside. Guests will have the option of access to one of our 10 secure bike lockers.
Facilities
We offer 2-bed, 4-bed and 6-bed rooms which can be booked for a weekend or a couple of days. Included with the accommodation is a shared common room, a great indoor space for guests to relax in. The common room is complete with tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, a small fridge and a sink along with tables and chairs. There is also a drying room for wet equipment. Our secluded outdoor garden area with picnic benches, is accessible from the accommodation. A ground-floor disabled-access room with an accessible wet room is available.
Summit Centre has a cafe onsite, which is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00-17:00, and from Tuesday-Thursday 10:00-21:00; serving hot and cold drinks, toasties, jacket potatoes, soup, sandwiches, cakes, chips and ice cream. Families can use the Summit Centre playground during Cafe opening times.
Our proximity to Bike Park Wales, Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and the Black Mountains, makes our Bunkhouse accommodation a perfect base for outdoor weekend adventures.
Our secure bike lockers means we are an ideal choice for visitors to Bike Park Wales. Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation and in the Cafe.
Being located on the site of a climbing wall and outdoor activity centre, guests using the accommodation may book discounted activity taster sessions on Saturdays and during the school holidays, adult guests have free use of the onsite Gym, (subject to age restrictions and Summit Centre check in procedure).
Please note that no alcohol is permitted anywhere on the site of Rock UK Summit Centre, including the Bunkhouse accommodation.
